FAQ #2: Pre-Orders

We here at The Wicked Vault recommend not purchasing a Pre-Order for a gift or time-sensitive event. Pre-Orders are not guaranteed to arrive by the manufacturers' expected date. That date is an estimated time that the item will be available to retailers, hence the "subject to change" in our listing. Since we have great relationships with our vendors we can assure you that we will be one of the first retailers to secure your purchases.

We try to make collecting fun and easy, but because of the high-demand and limited availability of most of our items, we cannot accept any returns on approved and processed orders unless there is a manufacturer defect. We give exception to this for size exchanges in apparel. Beyond that, consider yourself lucky to have scored a guaranteed spot for your chosen item as it will most likely be unavailable for purchase anywhere at the time of release.
