Return Policy

Pre-Order Cancellation Policy:

We do not accept cancellations after an approved order has been processed. Cancellations can be initiated upon manufacturer release, once the item is in stock at the Wicked Vault and before the item has shipped to you. There will be no cancellation or re-stocking fees. 

Return Policy:

We will accept returns on manufacturing defects only. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. All returns must be pre-approved. In the event of any mistake on your order, please contact us immediately.

-Returns are not accepted on Apparel or Mask products. However, Apparel may be exchanged for alternate sizes if available. 

If a return is approved, your original form of payment will be credited for the price of the items, any taxes and we will pay return shipping. 

Your credit will appear AFTER The Wicked Vault receives and processes your returned item, as long as the item meets all criteria stated in the Return Policy. 

Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for any refund to show up on your statement. 

*Due to the limited quantity of most Pre-Sale items and order processing with the manufacturer, Pre-sale item release dates might change.

*Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing and shipping on all Special Order Items.
